Sins of my past compared to today!
As a young person, it was a sin (wrong) to work on Sunday, to play cards, to dance, to not go to church every Sunday! Today, it seems not so much about what I do but how I treat my neighbors and my family! Today’s challenges seem harder to deconstruct than those of my childhood !

Neesa46, what an insightful observation. Being transformed includes letting go of what we currently are. I'm thinking of the caterpillar-to-butterfly scenario. Letting go of self and the expectations we have for self and for others seems way bigger to me than following a list of rules. In reality, I guess those rules are really the expectations others have for us and our behavior.
