Advent is a time of waiting, preparation, and anticipation for the birth of Jesus, the coming of the Messiah into the world. Plan to join together this Advent season as we worship around the theme “Light of the World.” We anticipate Jesus’ light in our darkness, light that brings hope, peace, love, and joy. This year, the first Sunday of Advent falls on November 27, and this special season will continue on December 4, 11, and 18.
Our Christmas Eve service will be Saturday, December 24 @ 7 pm—full of music, light, hope, and cookies! We will continue to celebrate this hope-filled and joyful season together with worship on Sunday, December 25, and Sunday, January 1. It will be good to gather together in special ways for this Advent and Christmas season!
