The disciples of Jesus are confused and questioning. They have hearts full of sorrow. How does Jesus respond to them? John’s gospel shows us that Jesus sees and hears the sorrow of his disciples, then and now, and extends an invitation to join in a revolution of love, which is, a place of belonging and fellowship.
