Elizabethtown Church of the Brethren is excited to announce a Chicken BBQ event on Saturday, October 17, from 3-5 pm. This event is a wonderful opportunity for community members to support the church’s upcoming activities. No tickets are necessary; simply drive into the portico, where friendly runners will take your order and deliver it right to your car.
The meal, offered by donation, includes a mouth-watering half BBQ chicken prepared by Dennis Peters, accompanied by a baked potato, homemade baked beans, a dinner roll, homemade pepper slaw, applesauce, and cookies. Proceeds from the BBQ will help cover church expenses and contribute to a special service project planned for Elizabethtown CoB’s One Hundred Twenty Five Year Anniversary in 2027.
