About the event
Christmas is a time that includes many traditions and memories. Sometimes the mixture of these events can be overwhelming. It is a time to reflect on family, friends and ourselves. Those who attended last year’s Christmas event enjoyed sharing favorite ornaments, Christmas traditions, food, and songs.
This year, on Saturday, December 14 at 6:30 pm in fellowship hall, we will focus on lessons from Charles Dickens “A Christmas Carol.” Four lessons from the book “52 Little Lessons from A Christmas Carol” by Bob Welch. The lessons will guide us on our evening as we reflect on:
Christmas past - See life as a child - Think of children and our own childhood memories.
Christmas present - Give because you have been given to - In what meaningful ways will you celebrate this year?
