Book Study Group

A book study group is forming to read John Pavlovitz’s book, If God is Love, Then Don’t be a Jerk beginning this September. You can get an idea of John’s passions by checking out his blog - Stuff That Needs to be Said. He is a former United Methodist minister, a left-leaning faith leader and “one of the most beloved voices of the Christian progressive movement.” His direct style is sure to spark lots of discussion. We will meet on Monday evenings from 7-8:15 pm every other week for six-seven weeks (9/12, 9/26, 10/10, 10/24, 11/7, 11/21, and possibly 12/5).  Meetings will be held via Zoom and facilitated by Linda Hope. If anyone is interested in joining this group, please contact Linda (neesa46@gmail.com or 717-497-3695). All are welcome!
