John Pavlovitz, author, blogger, pastor, and social justice activist is coming to Elizabethtown Church of the Brethren.

His blog, Stuff That Needs To Be Said which began in 2012, now reaches a diverse, worldwide audience. He frequently posts thought-provoking blogs on a variety of issues, particularly focusing on social justice.

Pavlovitz, has authored many books including: If God Is Love, Don’t Be A Jerk; A Bigger Table; Stuff That Needs to Be Said and Hope and Other Super Powers.

John will spend time sharing his history as a former mega-church pastor and how his life and career evolved into a passion for social justice and creating a more compassionate planet. There will be an opportunity for Q&A with John.

An Evening with John Pavlovitz will take place at Elizabethtown Church of the Brethren and is handicapped accessible.

After the speaking event, please plan to join John in our fellowship hall for a meet and greet and light refreshments. His books and merchandise will be available for purchase before and after the event.
