Our Advent theme this year is titled: “What do you fear? Insisting on Hope this Advent.” Supported by materials from A Sanctified Art, our times of worship will include poetry, art, candlelight, prayer, music, and reflections that we hope will be thoughtful, challenging, and comforting. Many of us are experiencing tension in the midst of events and circumstances in our lives and our world that may feel overwhelming, out of control, and unjust. We hope to navigate these feelings and our responses as we seek, together, to center our lives and actions in the hope and love found in Jesus.
