Adult Faith Formation Opportunities!

Discovery Class–May 17 we will be joined by Deborah Wilson Gadsden and Marty Kelley for a presentation of the Reparations Action Fund for Tomorrow (RAFFT). Marty is chair of the Community Mennonite Church of Lancaster Dismantling Racism Committee that wrote RAFFT. Deborah is chair of the Disbursement Committee, responsible for RAFFT grants. They will share history of this fund and details of grant awarding and answer any questions you may have. Marty is retired from connecting low income, first generation adults to college. She has served as chair of the Dismantling Racism Committee for seven years. Deborah is actively employed as a child welfare expert, with over 50 years experience. She was the first Black woman to chair the Lancaster YWCA board and was a recipient of the YWCA 2025 Women of Achievement award. This class is live-zoomed and recorded. (Room 102 & Zoom) Discovery…
