About the event
Dr. Drew Hart is a public intellectual and professor of theology at Messiah College in Pennsylvania. He has 10 years of pastoral experience, and, in addition to teaching, he provides anti-racism talks and workshops across the country while collaborating with local faith-rooted organizers and activists in his city. His book, Trouble I’ve Seen: Changing the Way the Church Views Racism, utilizes everyday stories, Jesus-shaped lessons, and anti-racism frameworks to transform the church’s understanding and social witness. Dr. Hart was honored with Brethren Community Ministries' 2017 Peacemaker Award in recognition of his commitment and work for justice.
