As part of the ECOB’s Lenten series, “The Mind of Jesus,” the Worship Center Committee took on an ambitious project to depict this theme. The committee came up with the idea to do a fabric collage of Jesus. The committee members asked members of the congregation to donate fabric, old clothes or any article of clothing that would be used for this project. Every piece that was donated was used.

Amy Engle designed the piece. Amy, Lynne Hockley, Becky Kenderdine, Karen Wenger, and Krista Faus all contributed to creating this amazing work of art.

On March 6, 2011 it was used for the first worship service. As Pastor Greg gave his sermon on "The Mind of Jesus", with this as his backdrop, one could feel Christ's presence.
